• Starting the Game

    • With your mouse, left click and drag to select, swipe, and navigate.

  • Basic rules
    • Find the items for the fireworks potion by moving around the castle.
      • Pick up the items you need to collect the potion ingredients.
        • They appear in every leg of your journey.
        • These items will show up on the bottom right corner.
      • Check on items you’ve collected using the checklist button on the right side of the screen.
    • Use the map on the top right corner to move from one place to another.
      • Interact with characters to unlock their version of the swiping minigame.
      • Use the hint button on the top left corner to guide you if you’re ever confused.
    • Play a game with Sofia’s friends.
      • All the games are swiping games. Swipe in the direction shown to fill up the bar on the top center of the screen.
      • You earn points for every swipe you make.
      • Earn multiplier bonuses after making several perfect swipes in a row. These will increase your score.
    • Pick up the rose petals.
      • There are 9 rose petals in 3 of the rooms you visit.
      • Pick up all 9 rose petals to win a special prize.
  • Cedric’s workshop
    • This is the starting point of the game and where the narrator will provide the tutorial.
    • Pick up the vial here. Use this to collect dragon’s breath.
    • This is the only room that has no collectible rose petals.
    • Return to this room to help Cedric cook up the potion.
  • Castle courtyard
    • This is your first stop, where Sofia meets Crackle the dragon. Crackle will provide dragon’s breath for free.
    • Collect the dragon’s breath. Pick up the blueberries for clover.
  • Sofia’s room
    • Talk to Sofia’s rabbit Clover and give him the blueberries.
    • After receiving the blueberries, Clover will give Sofia 3 golden carrots.
    • Pick up the club.
  • Troll’s Grotto
    • Sofia will meet Gnarlie, who will offer to shake down some of the crystals if you give him the club.
    • Once you’ve gotten all the crystals, return to Cedric’s lab.
  • Castle grounds
    • After you finish the potion, go outside the castle to watch the fireworks.
