• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen:
    • Select the number of players on either the left center or right center to begin.
    • Select the speaker button at the center to turn the game’s sounds on or off.
  • When playing for the first time, the game plays
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard:
      • Press the W key to pull as the left team.
      • Press the up arrow key to pull as the right team.
    • With your mouse, left click on the up arrow on the bottom right corner to pull as the right team.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers:
      • Tap on the bottom left corner to pull as the left team in two-player games.
      • Tap on the bottom right corner to pull as the right team in both modes.
  • Controls and indicators (top row, left to right):
    • Left player power meter.
    • Home button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
    • Right player power meter.
• Game Play
  • Number of players
    • In single-player games, your computer opponent is on the left.
    • In two-player games, you and your friend can choose which sides you can play as.
  • Basic rules
    • You and your opponent must pull at the rope as hard as you can.
      • Each time you pull, you move the rope closer to your side.
        • Keep track of which side the rope is leaning toward using the red line on the rope.
        • For desktop players, one trick to give your pulls some extra power is to left click on the button while pressing down on the up arrow on the keyboard.
      • Do not stop pulling. If you do, your opponent will be able to pull the rope toward their side more readily.
    • Keep pulling until more of the rope on the opponent’s side is closer to the center.
      • When the opposing players are at the center, you’ve won. They get hit by a falling blade and die.
      • Don’t let this happen to your team.
    • On the end screen, select Replay to load the welcome screen.
  • Rounds
    • Each match consists of rounds.
    • The first player to win three rounds wins the entire match.
      • Although the characters pulling your ropes are largely cosmetic, they are also an indicator of how many times you can still lose before you lose the match.
      • If all nine of your characters are dead, then you’ve lost the game.

  • The game is suited for players who like tap timing games.
    • The game is inspired by Squid Games, and thus shows blood at the end of rounds.
