• Starting the Game
  • Left click or tap anywhere to load the welcome screen.
  • On the welcome screen, pick a game mode to start playing.

  • Buying and selling
    • You have a starting fund of $100.
    • Real estate holdings (houses, stores, or office buildings) appear rather briefly on the game map before they disappear.
      • Properties you already own won’t disappear. They stay with you until you decide to sell them.
        • That said, try to avoid buying properties that bottom out (reach the lowest price). They tend to disappear anyway, taking your money with it.
      • Select them to buy.
      • Select a building again to sell it:
        • If the building is worth more than what you bought it for, you made a profit.
        • If it was the opposite, you incurred a loss.
    • Real estate starting costs vary by size and building types
      • Small houses and stores are cheap and easy to acquire, but they don’t sell for much.
      • Large commercial buildings, offices, apartments, and mansions cost more, but have larger profit margins.
      • You will only be able to afford small properties at first.
    • Property prices fluctuate.
      • When it first appears the new property will be cheap. It will not stay cheap for long.
      • However, over time, it will stop rising in price and go down, only to go up again.
  • Maximizing profit
    • The idea is to maximize your profits by selling buildings when their price is high. Avoid losses by either selling them while their value is rising.
    • Alternately, if your property is declining in value, hold onto them until their value rises again.
    • Like in real life, it’s better to buy low and sell high.
      • Pay attention to how fast the property’s value rises. If its value is still rising but starts to slow down, it’s time to sell.
      • You can wait for an expensive property to go back down in price. Wait too long and it will be taken off the market (In real life, either the building is demolished or someone else buys it before you do).
    • Once you can afford it, switch to bigger properties.
      • These properties appreciate at much higher prices. They provide better
      • Be prepared to sell them quickly as while they appreciate at much higher prices, they also lose their value faster.
  • Play modes
    • Career mode: Progress through 4 different missions and reach the level’s goal before the timer runs out.
    • Time trial mode: You have 10 minutes to earn at least $20,000.
    • Endless mode: There is no end goal. Keep making money for as long as you can.
