• Starting the Game
  • Click the green and white button in the center of the welcome screen.
    • This will bring up the mode select window where you can choose practice, championship, or dual.

    • On practice or championship mode use your mouse left click button and drag to aim your shots on goal.
    • In duel mode use the up and down arrow key when playing one player to move your goalie up and down. If you play duel in two player mode then the first player uses the W and S keys to move up and down while the second player uses the up and down arrow keys.

    • How quickly you slide and the angle you move your mouse at determines how hard you shoot and the angle of your shot.
  • Game modes
    • Practice – the game is not timed, but you have to aim at targets in the goal.
      • When you miss three targets it is game over.
      • As you advance moving metal dummies obstruct your shot & the target you must hit also moves.
      • This version of the game is not timed, but there is a target with a timer around it which goes away. Hitting that target is worth 3 goals. That target also gives you back an extra puck if you have any missed shots.
      • You still miss the shot even if you make a goal but did not hit the target.
      • Your shots can hit the targets after bouncing off of the net.
      • As this game is not timed it makes sense to be patient and wait for shots to open up rather than rushing your shot.
    • Championship – the game lasts 30 seconds and there is a goalie you must get the puck past.
      • If you score at least 9 in 30 seconds you can go to a bonus round where you time shooting the puck that moves back and forth as it is over a red target.
      • After the bonus round you get to play again against the goalie for a shorter round.
      • As this game is timed it makes sense to shoot quickly to get many shots on goal.
    • Duel – this game is like pong. You play a one-minute game and can play against either the computer or a friend.
      • If you play one player use the up and down arrow keys to move up and down.
      • If you play a two-player game then the first player on the left uses the W and S keys to move up and down, while the second player on the right uses the up and down arrow keys to move their goalie.
      • The key to winning the game is to try to have the puck hit you near your edge at an angle so the puck is harder for your opponent to stop because it has so much vertical momentum.
      • If the game is tied at the end of regulation play you immediately go into sudden death overtime & the next goal ends the game.
