• Starting the Game

  • Collecting and Scoring
    • Collectibles
      • This game has more items to collect than its predecessor. Besides eggs, you can also collect gems.
      • Gems, eggs, and golden eggs can be found floating in the level.
      • Some eggs can be found in box platforms.
        • Most contain only one egg, while a few others contain several.
        • Hit them with your head to collect the eggs.
    • Scoring
      • Every collectible is worth points.
        • Each egg is worth 325 points.
        • Each golden egg is worth 10,000 points. You must collect all 3 to get the best possible level rating.
        • Gems are worth 2,500 points.
      • Every enemy you defeat is worth 1,000 points.
      • Unlike the other games of the series, your score carries over each time you start the level over again.
        • However, all the collectible items will respawn. These will be added to your final score.
        • This means that you actually have a much higher score if you end up replaying the level.

    • Try to take out your enemies as they appear before collecting any more eggs.
