• Starting the Game
  • Select a flag commonly associated with a language to choose the language you wish to play in.
    • United States is English
    • Spain is Spanish
    • Italy is Italian

  • Enter or tap anywhere on the loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
  • Press START GAME on the welcome screen to start the game.
    • If it is your first time playing the game you will start playing the first level.
    • If you have played the game before your web browser automatically saves your game progress and you will start on the furthest unlocked level.
• Game Controls

    • Press the A key or the left arrow key to move left.
    • Press the D key or the right arrow key to move right.
    • Press the W key or the up arrow key to jump.
    • Press the SPACEBAR to swap positions with a box.
    • Press the Escape key to exit full screen mode.
    • Press the M key to turn music on or off.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • The move left and move right buttons are in the lower left corner.

  • Basics
    • This is a room escape game where you have to collect 3 red diamonds on each stage.
      • After collecting the diamonds a cup appears. Make it to the cup to complete the level.
    • Features
      • Magical boxes – these can be used as temporary platforms or to activate switches.
        • You can push boxes. You can also stack them atop each other, and use them to teleport back and forth around the levels.
        • If no numbered box exists you can tap the spacebar to create one.
          • You can repeatedly create a new box & move it in different directions.
          • Valid placements are white & a red highlight appears where a placement would be invalid.
        • If multiple boxes exist you have to tap the spacebar the associated number of times to select which box you want to switch places with.
        • Some boxes hang from chains.
          • While they are hanging you can walk across them as temporary platforms.
          • When boxes have been removed from chains you can not reattach them.
        • You can place boxes on spikes to create temporary platforms.
      • Gates – walls which block your path
      • Buttons – press them to open gates
      • Switches – these often need pressed and held. You can drop a box on them.
      • Springs – jump onto these to make a larger jump.
        • Some springs are stationary, while others can be pushed back and forth across the level.
        • On some stages you can conjure spring boxes rather than regular boxes.
      • Bridges & temporary platforms – some pieces fall away as you walk on them.
        • Yellow pieces later return after a period of time.
        • Gray pieces do not return.
      • Spikes – you die if you touch them.
        • Most spikes are stationary. You can place boxes on stationary spikes.
        • Moving spikes appear on some later stages. You can not place boxes on them and need to time your jumps with precision to avoid them, particularly if you are exchanging places with boxes on chains and there are fixed spikes underneath in addition to the moving spike.
      • Climb squares – spaces you can put a magic box where the box will shoot up like a spring.
  • Levels
    • The game has 40 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can’t replay previously beat levels without erasing your game progress and restarting the game over from the first level.
      • If you take a break and come back to play later you will resume play on the furthest level you played in that web browser.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You win a level by collecting all 3 red diamonds & then making it to the trophy cup.
      • You lose a level if you run into fixed or moving spikes.
      • This game offers unlimited continues, starting you at the beginning of the level you died on.
  • Tips
    • The order you collect the gems in is important.
      • On some stages if you collect them in the wrong order it is impossible to complete the stage without starting over.
      • As a general rule of thumb it is easier to fall down than to climb up.
    • Stacking boxes
      • When stacking boxes atop each other it helps to have them off centered to create a set of stairs if you are stacking more than 2 boxes high, as you can only jump the height of 2 boxes.
    • If you are switching places with a box hanging from a chain and there are spikes underneath it be sure to move left or right after switching while you fall to avoid the spikes.
    • On some stages you have to go back and forth many times, bringing boxes along to create a set of stairs or to activate switches.
      • Be careful not to stand where a gate will close if you are changing the position of a conjured box.
    • On some stages (like level 34) you can stand on switches on the sides of walls to use them as temporary platforms to jump on.
    • The top of the screen is not a hard top.
      • Quite often you walk on platforms near the top to walk and jump across to other platforms.
      • In some cases where jumping causes you to hit your head and fall prematurely it can make sense to instead fall off to the side while running full speed.
