• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • Select the enlarge button on the top left corner to switch between windowed and full screen modes.
  • Select the gear button to the right of the play button to open the game’s audio controls.
    • Select the speaker and music check boxes to turn the game’s sound effects and music on and off respectively.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.

• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Compete in a skateboard competition
      • Ride your skateboard as fast as you can.
      • Use nitro strips to increase your speed temporarily.
      • Do tricks on a ramp. Be sure to nail your landings.
    • Avoid various obstacles. These include cracks and other skateboarders.
      • Cracks will cause you to slow down.
      • Trip up other skateboarders by hitting them with the tail of your board.
      • Hitting them elsewhere will cause you to wipe out.
    • Don’t wipe out.
      • You wipe out each time you hit an obstacle or lose balance.
      • Alternate between braking and accelerating while mid-air to lessen the likelihood of wiping out while jumping off a ramp.
  • Lives
    • You start the game with 3 lives.
    • You lose a life each time you wipe out.
    • Lose all 3 of your lives and you’re out of the competition
  • Scoring
    • You earn points based on the distance you travel.
    • Gain 400 to 800 extra points with each jump you perform on a ramp.
    • Eliminating other skateboarders nets you 1,000 points.
